How long is the warranty for Wacom products in North America?

Wacom warrants the product to the original consumer purchaser of a new product, except for the software and consumable items such as the pen nibs, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. For One by Wacom, Wacom One, Wacom Intuos, Wacom Cintiq, and Wacom MobileStudio Pro this is for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a copy of the receipt and registration with Wacom. ワコムから販売されるアウトレット品及び再生品は、販売される前にワコムの標準的な再生（リファービッシュメント）プロセスが実施された、ワコム製品のことをいいます。

ワコムの標準的な再生プロセスには、製品への検査、洗浄、修理・修正が含まれているため、これらの製品は厳格な品質基準を満たしています。 ワコムアウトレット品の製品保証期間は期間は1年間です。また、ワコム再生品の製品保証期間は90日です。

なお、各製品には各販売店の規定する返品ポリシーが適用されます。
