使用远程学习工具保障课堂学习的公平

这是全球疫情之前就已存在的挑战。但随着一些孩子重返校园、另一些孩子则继续在家学习,使得这个挑战变得越发严峻:教师如何在课堂上保障公平,力求每个学生都以相同进度成长和发展?

当前全球状况使家庭背景和学习机会的差异凸显出来:一些孩子拥有专属学习空间和自己的设备,另一些孩子却缺少学习和成长的必要工具。甚至有的学生根本没办法工作和学习,有些学生却能够把几乎所有时间都投入其中。当前形势下,有些孩子在教室里学习,另一些孩子则远程参与。既然他们身处不同地点,教师要如何保持每个学生的进度都是一致的呢?

促进老师与家长的沟通

It can be hard, but addressing the fact that some students are in the classroom and some are not is essential to ensuring that equality is maintained. Establishing a new set of rules and calling on all students to take part in classes, including those learning virtually, is a good way to normalize the situation.
