The “Wacom Intuos with Luminar Neo (3 months)” promotion

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of a new Wacom Intuos(CTL-4100, CTL-6100, CTL-4100WL, CTL-6100WL) with Luminar Neo (3 months)by Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd., Ground floor, Building 1, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde, NSW, 2113, Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd., 88 Market Street, #40-01 CapitaSpring, Singapore 048948, Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd., 9F-1, No.237 Songjiang Rd., Zhongshan Dist. Taipei 104 Taiwan("Wacom").Wacom Intuos described above is hereinafter called “Product(s)” and Luminar Neo (3 months) is individually or collectively called “Promotion”.

 

The Promotion is open to all end users ("End User" or "you") who purchase a new Product. Such End Users should get your License (defined below) in accordance with “How do I participate?” below by November 30th, 2024 (“Redemption Period”).

When purchasing an above-mentioned Product within the Purchase Period and fulfilling the following conditions, Wacom will guide the following extra ("Extra"):

3-month free premium service access to Luminar Neo for Wacom Intuos

Luminar Neo (3 months) for Wacom Intuos with a 3-month’s license from Skylum (http://www.skylum.com) ("Software Partner”).

Access over 100 innovative AI tools, and a human-centered UX that make a photo-editing process simple and truly enjoyable. Use along with your Wacom device for professional quality results that will make you fall in love with every photo you edit.

After the 3-month period (“Promotion Period”) granted as part of the Promotion, the software will inform the user on the end of the Promotion Period. At this point, the End User can choose to extend their license by purchasing a subscription or from the Software Partner.

Otherwise, the access to the Luminar Neo will be terminated.

How do I participate? Luminar Neo (3 months)

You need to register your new Productwith Wacom at www.wacom.com/register to get your Extra.

Registration must be completed between September 1st, 2022 and November 30th, 2024 ("Registration Period"). Registration requires the specification of the following personal data: First and last name, country, a valid email address and the Wacom product serial number (normally detected automatically).

When the registration has been properly completed within the Registration Period, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and further information (https://account.wacom.com).

You can find your software licence key for activating the Extra and a link where you can access Luminar Neo in your Wacom Library in your Wacom account (https://account.wacom.com).

After collecting your Luminar Neo in your Wacom Library, you will need to select the preferred operating system and click on the “Redeem” button to access Luminar Neo.

Afterwards, click on the “Start Now” button and the unique registration key will be automatically ingested in the redemption link and the user will be forwarded to the Software Partnerregistration site.

During the registration with the Software Partner, you will also need to enter your name, address, email address and credit card details. Usage of Luminar Neo is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provided by the Software Partner.

Software trial, support and conversion is managed by Software Partner.

The software key must be redeemed by Redemption Period to qualify for the Extra. Payment in cash or combining with other discounts or credits is not possible. If you have problems registering or have not received confirmation of registration, even though you have met all conditions, please contact us via the contact form or at one of the listed telephone numbers that can be found at: http://www.wacom.com/contact

Other

The keys mentioned can only be used in the specified way. Requests for key redemption are permitted only if you have complied with the stated periods – the Purchase Period, the Registration Period and therefore, you are advised to redeem the Extra as soon as possible. If, contrary to our expectations, you decide to return your Wacom product, then you also lose any right to the Extra, which we have granted you in the context of the Promotion and must therefore return or delete it without being asked.

The Promotion is expressly not for the purchase of used products.

Unless you have consented to any other use of your information, Wacom will use the personal information you provide in accordance with the relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy – www.wacom.com/privacy – solely for the purpose of conducting our Promotion and of promotions related to the purchase of Wacom products.

Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for late or erroneous registrations by the End User, for lost coupons and keys, or for the improper redemption of coupons and keys, whether for technical or personal reasons, unless the reasons are attributable solely to Wacom.

The Extra and its execution are subject exclusively to the relevant conditions of the Software Partner. To the extent permitted by law, Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for the Software Partner’s products or services.

Wacom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate and/or modify the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

In the event of misuse of the Promotion by the End User, Wacom reserves the right to claim damages from the End User

Should any provision of the Promotion or these Terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain hereby unaffected. In case of the ineffective condition there, shall then apply a condition that is legally permissible and that comes as close as possible to the desired effect of the ineffective condition.

The Promotion is subject to the laws of:

              Australia if you purchase Products from Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd.;

              Singapore (The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) shall not apply.) if you purchase Products from Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd.; and

             Taiwan if you purchase Products from Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd.
