These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of a new Wacom Movink (DTH135) in Hong Kong S.A.R., People’s Republic of China (Region) within the “Wacom Movink with Rebelle 7 (90 days)” promotion)” ("Promotion") offered by Wacom Hong Kong Ltd., Office 107G, 17/F, Tower I, Grand Century Place, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mong Kok, Hong Kong ("Wacom").

The Promotion is open to all End Users ("End User" or "You") whose place of residence is in the Region and who, between 24th April, 2024 and 1st March, 2026 ("Purchase Period"), purchase a new Wacom Movink (DTH135) (“Product”) in the Region.

When purchasing the above-mentioned product within the Purchase Period and fulfilling the following conditions, You as the customer acquire the right to receive the following extra ("Extra"):

Rebelle 7 (90 days free trial) from Escape Motions (https://www.escapemotions.com) with a 90-days license.
After the 90 days period (“Promotion Period”) granted free of charge as part of the promotion, the software will inform the End User on the end of the Promotion Period.
At this point, the End User is free to choose an extension of their license by purchasing a new license subject to charge from Escape Motions.
Otherwise, the software will automatically stop working.
Rebelle 7 (90 days free trial) is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Finnish, Italian, Portuguese (BR), Greek, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Polish, Slovenian and Slovak.

How do I participate?

You need to register your new Product with Wacom at www.wacom.com/register to get your Extra.

Registration must be completed between 24th April, 2024 and 1st March, 2026 ("Registration Period"). To register the Product, you must have a Wacom-ID. If you have one already, you can log-in to your Wacom Account at https://account.wacom.com (“Wacom Account”) and register the Product.

If you don’t have a Wacom ID, you need to register with Wacom first to get a Wacom ID. Such registration requires the specification of the following personal data: First and last name, country or region, a valid email address and - for the registration of the Product - the Product’s serial number (normally detected automatically).

When the registration has been properly completed within the Registration Period, you will receive an e‑mail confirming your registration and further information.

The Extra will be available for you to redeem within your Wacom Account that you can access with your Wacom ID (https://account.wacom.com) (“Wacom Account”). Go to “Software Offers” and choose the Rebelle 7 offer. Click on “Redeem” to receive a code for the “Rebelle 7 (90 days free trial)” offer in your Wacom Account.

Alternatively, you can register your product in the Wacom Center: Install the Wacom Center Driver App on your computer and click on “register product”. Login with your Wacom ID to see the software offers. Redeem the Rebelle 7 software offer.

By clicking on the “Start Now” button, you will be forwarded to the Escape Motions website where you need the code and your email address.

Additionally, you need to create an account with the software vendor Escape Motions to register the software, if you do not have an account with the software vendor already.

Once registered and logged in, you activate the redeem code to download and install the Extra starting Your 90-days free trial. You can choose which edition (Standard or Pro version) at every start of Rebelle 7.

Please note that by using Rebelle 7, you automatically accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Escape Motions.

Software trial, support and conversion is managed by Escape Motions.

The software release code must be redeemed by February 1st, 2026 ("Redemption Period") to activate the Extra.

Payment in cash or combinations with other discounts or credits is not possible.

Other

The codes mentioned can only be used in the specified way. Requests for code redemption are permitted only if You have complied with the stated periods – the Purchase Period, the Registration Period and the Redemption Period. If, contrary to our expectations, You decide to return your Wacom product, then You also lose any claim to the Extra, which we have granted You in the context of the Promotion and must therefore return or delete it without being asked.

The Promotion is expressly not for the purchase of used products.

Unless You have consented to any other use of your information, Wacom will use the personal information You provide in accordance with the relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy – www.wacom.com/privacy – solely for the purpose of conducting our promotion and promotions related to the purchase of Wacom products.

Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for late or erroneous registrations by the End Customer, for lost coupons and codes, or for the improper redemption of coupons and codes, whether for technical or personal reasons, unless the reasons are attributable solely to Wacom.

The Extra and its execution are subject exclusively to the relevant conditions of the supplier (Escape Motions). To the extent permitted by law, Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for the supplier’s products or services.

Wacom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate and/or modify the Promotion.

In the event of misuse of the Promotion by the End User, Wacom reserves the right to claim damages from the End User.

Should any provision of the Promotion or these Terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain hereby unaffected. In case of the ineffective condition there shall then apply a condition that is legally permissible and that comes as close as possible to the desired effect of the ineffective condition.

The Promotion is subject to the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R., People’s Republic of China
