“How does our technology contribute to human creativity?” That’s the starting point of a joint journey undertaken by Wacom and PILOT one year ago. Up until the rapid development of digital technologies, writing instruments had been one of the main contributors in human creativity. Mostly young engineers from both companies teamed up for an expedition in search of answers to the question: “Which qualities are expected from digital pens as one of the new contributors in human creativity?” Interactions between engineers from the analog and digital worlds trigger chemical reactions that give us a clue in understanding creativity.
