The new S Pen writes with ease and precision, thanks to its smaller pen tip (0.7mm) and improved pressure sensitivity (4096 levels), it provides a real pen-like experience. Moreover, the pen is water and dust resistant (IP68), ensuring users’ peace of mind.

The enhanced S Pen can also act as the gateway to getting more things done efficiently and accurately on the 5.7-inch screen of the Galaxy Note7. Users can bring ideas to life the moment inspiration strikes, writing it on the screen without unlocking the phone (“Screen off memo”). The S Pen also gives users the ability to easily create and share GIF animations with “Smart Select”.

In addition, the new Air Command functions, including “Magnify” and “Translate”, enable users to zoom in on the screen or convert languages with a simple hover motion of the S Pen.  To top it off, best of the S Pen’s creative abilities can be easily accessed with “Samsung Notes”, a new unified app allowing users to jot down handwritten notes, draw, or edit memos from one location.

Successive adoption of feel by Samsung adds further momentum to Wacom’s initiative to make digital pen a universal, productive input tool in the age of digital stationery, and make the world a more creative place.
