Tokyo, Japan, January 17, 2024 – Wacom Co., Ltd expresses our sincerest condolences to those affected by the earthquake that struck the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan and we wish for a full and swift recovery.
Wacom will donate 10 million yen through the Japanese Red Cross Society to support relief efforts for people and communities affected by the disaster.
Wacom will also offer special repair services for Wacom branded products that were damaged in the earthquake.

●Conditions and Procedures
Wacom will inspect the damaged product related to this earthquake free of charge, regardless of the warranty period. If the product is in a repairable condition, it will be repaired free of charge. In such cases, the cost of technical fees and repair parts, as well as shipping costs for returning the product, will be waived. The shipment cost from the customer to Wacom shall be paid by the customer. When sending the product, please be sure to clearly state that the product was “Damaged by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.”
