PAYMENT METHODS

Wacom accepts payments via the following credit cards issued in the United States:

  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Paypal

We do not accept debit cards or gift cards of any type. By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes, shipping and other charges). When you provide your payment information, you authorize us (or a third party service provider working on our behalf) to process, verify and store your payment and other related information. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to verify your payment. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.

  • Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. If your order is delayed in processing, a hold will be placed on your credit card, but your card will not be charged until your order ships from our warehouse.

Availability of product.

Currently, we are unable to email product availability notifications. Estimated availability dates appear on our product page. We encourage you to view our eStore product pages for updates on the estimated availability date.

Some products are not available for backorders.

If the maximum number of backorders available for a particular product is reached, the product will be marked as 'Item Unavailable' and no more backorders will be accepted. This often happens with new products with high-demands.
